Headquarters is a 36,000 square foot, multi-tenant work space designed to enhance productivity, drive innovation and elevate the work experience without red tape or overhead. Most small to medium-sized companies lack options when searching for a space that is as distinctive as they are. With the commitment to our tenant community and enjoyment at the forefront of each decision at Headquarters, all design features are both practical and playful. Your workplace should be functional. Headquarters is everything an office should be.
We focus on providing versatile office configurations and spaces that improve your team’s productivity. Flexible suite sizes at Headquarters accommodate anywhere from one person to 18 people, and begin at $1,000 per month. Five conference rooms with flat screen TVs are exclusively available and 1G fiber-optic internet with secured V-LANs is already set up in each suite. Our one year, three page lease is a flat monthly rate, no added fees for conference room use, internet, parking or coffee.

Brother and sister developer duo Peter and Devin Licata, co-founders of TPC, along with their father Mark Licata, launched a four-year quest to create and develop Headquarters in 2014. For the Licatas, all Houston natives who are involved in commercial real estate in the traditional sense through a variety of shopping centers and other holdings, Headquarters is a passion project. After attending Fordham University and working as a financial consultant in the hospitality industry in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Panama, Devin moved to Boulder, where she first encountered the creative office culture. After visiting a variety of creative office operations in Colorado, the team agreed that there was room to pioneer a new style of workspace – similar to new corporate campuses but for small businesses – in the Houston market.
